When you fill in the form on the contact page, your name, email address and message are sent through FormSubmit, a service based in the United States, which forwards the message to our mailbox. This means personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
The transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR: we use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, ask only for the fields we need to answer your request, and ask you not to put sensitive information in the form. If you would rather avoid the transfer, email us directly at [email protected] or call 020 846 3172. Retention periods and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
05 Cookies and accessibility
We only set non-essential cookies with your consent. Your choice is stored for 182 days under the key vdrd_consent_v1, and you can change it at any time through . The details are in the cookie policy.
We want the site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader or a keyboard only. What we do for that, and where limitations remain, is described in the accessibility statement.

The procedure is explained in the terms and conditions.
