01 What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Similar techniques, such as your browser's local storage (localStorage), fall under the same rules. Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act, a site may only store or read such data without consent when it is strictly necessary for the service you are using. Everything else requires your prior consent.
02 What Vedrodev stores
The Vedrodev site uses a single first-party item: your consent choice. It holds no name, e-mail address or anything else that identifies you.

After 182 days the choice expires and we ask again. Clearing your browser data has the same effect sooner.
03 The categories in the banner

- Not used: we do not count visitors with third-party tools.

- Not used: no ad networks, no tracking pixels.

If we ever start using one of these categories, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent again.
04 Third-party services
There are no embedded videos, maps or social buttons that set cookies. The map link on the contact page only opens OpenStreetMap when you click it. When you send the contact form, your message goes through FormSubmit; it sets no cookies on our site but does process your data, as explained in the privacy policy. Server logs kept by TransIP B.V. are not cookies and are covered there too.
05 Changing or withdrawing your choice
Reopen the banner through , also linked at the bottom of every page. You can also delete the vdrd_consent_v1 item yourself in your browser's site data settings. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting and has no effect on booking a session.
